How long does it take to receive a product after ordering?

It depends on the product and the number of products ordered. Some products are stocked in our warehouse in Los Angeles and can be shipped and delivered within one or two weeks depending on the customer address in the U.S. Other products from our factory in China typically take one to two months to deliver.

What happens in the unlikely event the product is damaged in shipping?

Sun Stone will establish responsibility between the shipper and our factory and the products will be replaced at no additional charge as long as it is clear the customer is not responsible for the damage. All products received by the customer should be examined immediately after delivery and damage must be reported to Sun Stone within 2 to 3 days.

How do I find out the price for a product?
